Dr. Goddard has worked in the field of career development for 30 years conducting research, designing services, facilitating practitioner training and providing policy and service consultation to governments focusing on capacity building and strengthening career services. Tannis’ PhD explored the integration of technology-based delivery for career service transformation.

Sareena Hopkins
As Executive Director of the Canadian Career Development Foundation (CCDF), Sareena works to strengthen the reach and impact of the career development sector by moving from ideas to action in areas of public policy, research and development, capacity building, and advocacy.

Louise LeBlanc
As a Learning Consultant for MixtMode, Louise is dedicated to creating high-quality learning experiences for career practitioners and the individuals they serve. She strives to provide relevant and engaging educational resources that enable practitioners to grow their expertise to effectively address the individual needs of each work seeker as they navigate toward their preferred career future.

Emily Worthen
As a Project Associate at the Canadian Career Development Foundation (CCDF), Emily Worthen is dedicated to supporting and championing the field of career development. She advocates for experiential, client-centred approaches to career development, that encourage individuals to shift their self-perspective and feel empowered to take control of the direction of their lives.

Kelly Pasolli
As an independent consultant, Kelly works with organizations in the social sector to use research and evidence to improve social policies and programs and achieve better outcomes for individuals, families, and communities. She is particularly passionate about finding new ways to help individuals and communities thrive through innovative, evidence-informed skills training and career services solutions.

Mariana Braga
With a background in organizational process analysis and project management, Mariana transitioned into the career development sector over 14 years ago. As a Learning Consultant at MixtMode, she designs sophisticated learning experiences that empower practitioners to enhance their practice and supports organizations to develop and implement innovative career learning solutions.
