Phase One Research Report – The Moment – October 2023
The Moment conducted field research to gain insights from Nova Scotia employers and workers to address the following innovation challenge: How might we develop a future service model that will ultimately help small employers attract and retain talent while addressing the root causes of employee turnover and churn? Here is their final report that built the foundation of the Thriving Workplaces approach.
